Happy Holidays from PEAK!

In the spirit of the holiday season, Pacheco PEAK would like to give thanks for the incredibly generous donations from our community, which have enabled us to award hundreds of scholarships to Pacheco Elementary students since 2011. These scholarships give children a chance to participate in extracurricular activities of their choice: art classes, martial arts, music lessons, sports, and more. Now we could use your help to gather donations and equipment to help ensure the ongoing success of this program.

Donations Needed

Please consider adding PEAK to your list of charitable, tax-deductible donations for 2017. Even a small contribution can go a long way, and 100% of your donation will fund extracurricular activities for children in need. If you choose to donate, address your check to Pacheco PTA/PEAK and mail it to the address below—or simply drop it off in the Pacheco office:

PEAK
793-A East Foothill Boulevard, #109
San Luis Obispo, CA 93405

Supplies & Equipment

If you have any new or gently used items to donate (cleats, instruments, balls, etc.), please contact us to arrange a time/place to drop them off. All equipment donations are tax deductible, so you will receive a donation receipt for your records if you request one.

The PEAK program will continue to thrive thanks to the kindness and generosity of people like you. If you are interested in helping in other ways, feel free to contact us, and if you have friends who might be interested, please forward this email to them. On behalf of all of us who work to keep this program going, thank you for your generosity.

*What Is PEAK?

PEAK (Promoting Extracurricular Activities for Kids) aims to enable all Pacheco Elementary students to participate in extracurricular activities. PEAK is a volunteer organization, and all proceeds are used to pay for activity tuition, equipment/supplies, and operating expenses. PEAK operates under the Pacheco PTA, so all donations are tax deductible. PEAK scholarships are designed to help Pacheco families in need–financial or otherwise. In an effort to serve the greatest number of students, PEAK scholarships do not exceed $200 per student, per year. For complete information about PEAK, visit www.peakslo.org.
